31.01. - 05.02.2010 - CaSTA: Alpini Corps Ski Championship

From 31st of January to the 5th of February 2010 Dobbiaco, Sesto and San Candido are scene of the CaSTA, the Alpine Corps Ski Championship. The opening ceremony on 31st of January and the closing ceremony on the 5th of February will be hold in San Candido.

06.02. - 07.02.2010 - Cross-country ski race Dobbiaco – Cortina

The cross-country ski race from Dobbiaco to Cortina is a legendary ski race which is in program every first weekend in the month of February. On Saturday there is in program the race in classic style over 30 km (start in Dobbiaco, arrival in Fiames) and on Sunday the race over 42 km in free style with start again in Dobbiaco and arrival in the center of Cortina d’Ampezzo.

30.05.2010 - Cortina – Dobbiaco Run

A special event for all running friends is the Cortina – Dobbiaco Run of 30 km in program on the 30th of May 2010. Start is in the center of Cortina d’Ampezzo and arrival in Dobbiaco. In program also a briefer run of 11,5 km with start the the Lake of Landro.

23.06. - 27.06.2010 - Alta Pusteria Int. Choir Festival

Every year, at the end of June, in Alta Pusteria there is in program an International music event with the participation of about 100 choirs.

11.07.2010 - Südtirol Dolomiti Superbike

On 11th Juli 2010 there is in program the 16th edition of the Südtirol Dolomiti Superbike, a mountain bike marathon race with start and arrival in Villabassa. In program a race over 119,9 and one over 56,9 km.

10.07. - 08.08.2010 - Gustav Mahler Music Weeks

Just for the 30th time Dobbiaco offers the Gustav Mahler Music Weeks, in program from the 10th of July to the beginning of August 2010. Gustav Mahler, the famous bohemian composer spend his summer holidays 1908 – 1911 in Dobbiaco.

25.07.2010 - Mountainbike race Cortina – Dobbiaco

In program on 25th of Juli 2010 the 16th edition of the mountain bike race from Cortina – Dobbiaco. Start ist the center of Cortina d’Ampezzo, arrival is the center of Dobbiaco.

12.09.2010 - Südtirol Drei Zinnen Alpin Run

The Südtirol Drei Zinnen Alpin Run iso ne of the hardest and moust famous Alpine Runs in Europe and it is in program on the 12th of September 2010. The start is in Sesto and the arrival at the submontane of the world famous Three Peaks.
