Prices are approximate and are per person per day in a standard bedroom with half board for a minimum stay of three days!

Cancellation policy / Travel cancellation

General Terms of Contract according to Article 1341 ZGB (Civil Code), which are valid for agreements/contracts between the hotel and the guests and/or person who makes the booking.

1.Cancellation requirements according to Article 1382 ZGB (Civil Code):
- At least 30 days before the agreed day of arrival of the guest(s), the hotel contract can be cancelled by the guest or the person who made the booking without a cancellation fee. The cancellation must be made in writing.
- Cancellation no later than 15 days before the day of arrival: 40% of the agreed total price.
- Cancellation no later than 8 days before the day of arrival: 60% of the agreed total price.
- Cancellation less than 8 days before the day of arrival: 70% of the agreed total price. - The cancellation must be in writing and must be received by the hotel no later than the above named dates before the agreed day of arrival of the guest(s).
- If the booking rooms could not be let out to another person(s), the guest or the person who made the booking is liable to pay 70% of the agreed total price.
In order to confirm your reservation, we would ask you to confirm in writing that you agree the "General Terms of Contract".
