Cortina-Dobbiaco Run
In early summer every year Toblach /Dobbiaco becomes the scene of one of the most prominent running events in South Tyrol and the surrounding regions. The Cortina-Dobbiaco Run begins in Cortina and leads runners out over a 30 km-long route along the old railway track to Dobbiaco, where the race finally ends at the Grand Hotel. This running event, which is well known far beyond the region’s borders, enjoys great prestige among competitors and the general public alike, and is one of the most keenly contested highlights of Dobbiaco’s summer.
