Alta Pusteria International
Choir Festival
For over a decade
the Alta Pusteria International Choir Festival has brought Europe’s many
musical traditions together. Every year at the beginning of June,
choirs
from all over Europe meet in the Alta Pusteria Valley to make music
together and sing “across borders”. The repertoire ranges from religious
music and opera to typical folk music and is at least as varied as the
many different locations where the individual concerts are staged.
Performances take place in churches and village centres and outdoors on
the mountain and by the lake – it’s a spectacle that you won’t want to
miss!
